How much does it cost to rent a scoreboard?

This depends on the size of the scoreboard, the duration of the hire and your venue location. Get in touch with your event details and we’ll provide a quote the same day.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak sports season. That said, we can often accommodate short-notice requests depending on availability.

Do you deliver and set up the scoreboard?

Yes. We deliver the scoreboard to your venue, install it and test it before your event. After the event, we collect the equipment. Everything is included in the hire.

What sports can the scoreboard be used for?

One board runs them all: GAA football and hurling, soccer, rugby, basketball, cricket, hockey, tennis, badminton, handball, water polo, ice hockey and American football. We supply referee equipment too. Just name the format when you enquire.

Can I display sponsor logos or advertising on the scoreboard?

Absolutely. Our LED scoreboards can display team logos, sponsor branding, advertising content and even full video playback on larger screens. We can also advise on how scoreboard advertising can help offset your rental costs.

Can I rent a scoreboard for just one day?

Yes. We offer flexible rental periods, from a single match day to a full season or longer. The hire is tailored to your needs.

What happens if there’s a technical issue during my event?

AVL is the only AV company in Ireland with a fully in-house repair team. If anything needs attention, our own technicians handle it directly rather than sending equipment away to a third party.
