Your awards night needs a working LED backdrop, a clear sound system, stage lighting that holds attention, content cues that hit on time, and a crew who runs all of it. We do the lot ourselves. The same team designs the setup, installs it on the day, runs the show, and derigs at the end.

The equipment comes from our own rental stock. We are the leading stockist of modular rental screen in Ireland, and we are the only AV company in the country with a fully in-house repair team. If a panel or a console plays up between rehearsal and the first award, the people who built and tested the setup are the same people who fix it. No third-party repair desk, no waiting on a manufacturer return.

We are based in Dublin 15 and we run awards nights across Ireland.

AVL oversaw the largest LED Videowalls install of any in-house venue in Ireland, at The Gleneagle Arena Multiple walls, largest being 10m x 4m. They also spec'd the control systems for the new 2.6mm walls. The Gleneagle Arena

Páirc Uí Chaoimh Stadium Screen

Our Awards Production Process

We run every awards night on the same three-step process. It is built to take the technical decisions off your desk so you can focus on the running order and the room.

Step : 01

Discovery

Site visit and brief

We come to the venue, walk the room with you, and understand the running order, the audience, the AV requirements and the timings. Site visits and initial consultations are free. By the end of this step we know what the night needs and what it does not.

Step : 02

Design

Integrated AV plan

We design the LED, audio and lighting as one system rather than three separate quotes. The kit is matched to the room acoustics, the venue size and the way the night will run. You get a clear plan covering what is on the stage, what the crew is doing, and what the run order looks like in technical terms.

Step : 03

Delivery

Install rehearse run derig

Our crew installs the setup, runs the rehearsal with your team, operates the show on the night and derigs at the end. The same people who built the system run it, with our in-house repair team on call if anything needs attention.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book AV for an awards night?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most awards nights. We can turn around shorter notice if the kit and crew are available, so it is worth a call either way.

What is included as standard in your awards setup?

LED backdrop, sponsor screens, PA, microphones, stage lighting, content playback, install, on-the-day crew and derig. Anything outside that is quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Do you supply the technicians who run the show on the night?

Yes. The same crew that installs the setup runs the rehearsal, operates the show and derigs at the end. You are not handed off to a separate operator on the night.

Can you handle live streaming or hybrid awards events?

We can integrate streaming into an awards production where the brief calls for it. It is quoted per event depending on platform, audience and what the stream needs to do.

How does setup and rehearsal work on the day?

We arrive early enough to install, test the setup and run a full rehearsal with your team before doors. Smaller productions take a few hours. Larger setups with multiple LED walls take a full working day.

Do you cover venues outside Dublin?

Yes. We are based in Dublin 15 and run awards nights nationwide. Our crew, transport and equipment are set up for delivery anywhere in Ireland.
