Buy a GAA Scoreboard for Your Club Ground

Old scoreboards are hard to read from the far side of the ground. An LED GAA scoreboard installed by AVL shows goals and points for both teams at every home fixture, with your crest and sponsors beside the score. Free site visit, price within 24 hours.

Fund Your GAA Scoreboard Three Ways

The fitted price depends on board size, pixel pitch and outdoor rating. Send your ground details and a quote comes back within 24 hours, with a free site visit before anything is fixed.

AVL oversaw the largest LED Videowalls install of any in-house venue in Ireland, at The Gleneagle Arena Multiple walls, largest being 10m x 4m. They also spec'd the control systems for the new 2.6mm walls. This was a combo of Novastar and Pixelhue hardware. 18 months on i am happy to say the partnership is still going strong and all systems are top notch and running smoothly.

How Your GAA Scoreboard Installation Works

Every install runs the same way, from first call to handover, with our own team on each step.

Site Visit and Design

Tell us where the board is going and what codes you play. We visit free, check sightlines, power and mounting, and send a clear price.

Installation and Testing

Our own team installs the board, connects it and tests every function. It is match ready before we leave.

Handover and Support

We train your club official on the tablet, then our in-house repair team backs the board for its working life.

Club Crest and Sponsor Branding Onscreen

No restrictions apply to what an AVL board shows, so your crest, a sponsor logo and advertising sit alongside the score at every home game. Sponsor video runs on the larger screens, the same technology behind our 60 square metre screen inside Páirc Uí Chaoimh. Clubs sell that panel to local businesses for the season, and we help you plan the sponsor model before you buy.

Choose a GAA Scoreboard for Your Venue

Indoor and outdoor boards come in a range of sizes. Tell us the venue and we confirm the format at the free site visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the same board cover football on Saturday and camogie on Sunday

Yes. Football, hurling and camogie all run on the same goals and points display, so a dual-code club runs every weekend on one board. If you also host another sport, such as a basketball blitz in the hall, the software is configured for both.

A permanent LED GAA scoreboard costs €15,000 to €30,000 fitted for an entry level digit board, €35,000 to €60,000 for a mid range video board and €65,000 to €120,000 for a full video scoreboard. Size, pixel pitch and outdoor rating set the price. Our GAA scoreboard cost breakdown has the full numbers, and every quote follows a free site visit.

Yes. Our installation team works out of Dublin 15 and fits boards at club grounds, schools and county venues nationwide. The free site visit, the install and the after care all travel with us, so a ground in Kerry gets the same service as a hall ten minutes from our door.

Your own club official runs it. Scores are updated from a tablet at the sideline, and we train your people at handover so no technician is needed on match day. If a fault ever appears, Ireland’s only in-house AV repair team fixes it rather than shipping parts abroad for weeks.

Yes. No restrictions apply to what the board shows, so your crest, sponsor branding and advertising can appear, with full video playback on the larger screens. At active clubs that advertising generates €15,000 to €40,000 a year, which over the board’s working life can clear the purchase price.

Yes. The Sports Capital and Equipment Programme has funded scoreboards as part of facility upgrades, and GAA clubs can also look at provincial council schemes and the GAA Development Fund. Criteria change between rounds, so check what is open before you budget. We can time your quote around a grant application.
