What a Full Concert Production Covers
Concert production is the full live-show stack working as one system. LED video, stage lighting, screen backdrops and all the processing and power behind them, running as one coordinated show.
AVL specialises in the LED video and concert lighting side of concert production. We design the rental package around the venue, the stage and the artist’s setup, then deliver, configure and support it on show day. That covers headline arena shows, outdoor festivals, stadium events and corporate gigs across Dublin and the rest of Ireland.
Every piece of kit we send out is equipment we own, know inside out, and can repair ourselves if anything goes wrong.

LED Video Walls and Stage Backdrops
Indoor LED walls in pixel pitches as fine as 2.6mm for close-view stage backdrops, plus large-format touring screens for headline shows. All rentals come complete with cable packages and Novastar processing as standard.

The Yestech MG7 P5 outdoor LED system is our flagship rental screen for festivals, open-air concerts and stadium builds. Built for high-profile outdoor events and scaled to the crowd.
Concert Lighting and Stage Effects

On-Site Crew and Technical Support
Our own technicians load in, configure, operate and derig the rental systems. Novastar and Pixelhue processing, show-day troubleshooting and derig all covered by the team who built the rig.
In-House Repair and Show Reliability
If a panel or fixture fails, it does not sit in a freight container for weeks. We are the only AV company in Ireland with a fully in-house equipment repair team, so faults are resolved by our own technicians.

What does your concert production service include?
We handle the LED video and concert lighting side of live events. That means stage backdrops, outdoor screens, concert lighting, stage effects, touring rental packages and the configuration and on-site support to run them. We work alongside your promoter or production manager.
Do you work outside of Dublin?
Yes. Our base is Dublin 15 but we cover concerts and live events right across Ireland. We have delivered rental rigs at stadiums, arenas and festival sites from Cork to the north, and historically in the UK as well.
Can we hire equipment only, or do you run the full install?
Both options are available on every rental. Dry hire works well if you have your own crew and production manager. For larger shows, most clients take the full install and derig with our technicians on site through the concert.
Do you handle outdoor festivals and open-air concerts?
Yes. We run Yestech MG7 P5 outdoor LED screens for festivals and stadium shows. We delivered a 60sqm LED screen at Páirc Uí Chaoimh for the Liam Miller Testimonial match, and have delivered outdoor builds at stadium and festival sites across Ireland. Weather, power distribution and rigging are factored in at design stage.
How far in advance should we book a concert rental?
This depends on the venue, the date and the equipment required. Festival and arena builds typically need a longer lead time than a one-room corporate gig. We will confirm lead times once we understand the scope.
Can you supply stage backdrops and concert LED for live shows?
Yes. We run LED pitches from 2.6mm for close-view stage backdrops through to large touring walls and outdoor main-stage screens. All rental screens come with Novastar processing, cable packages and our technicians on site if you need them.
What happens if gear fails during the show?
We are the only AV company in Ireland with a fully in-house equipment repair team. That means most faults can be resolved by our own technicians on site or in our workshop, rather than waiting on a manufacturer return. For contracted clients, 24/7 response is available.
Can you integrate LED video and stage lighting as one system?
Yes. Integrated design is our default. Video and lighting are specified and programmed together rather than bolted on separately, so the concert runs as one coordinated show.
